are there bisexual or gay animals within a species?

Midear Proud-

Lots of it, though I don't know if any ar know to be strictly same sex. Mostly, it's females mounting other females. I've seen Gulls do- they were the ones that blew the whole 'unnatural lifestyles' thing out of the water in the '70s. Cows do it, I understane, and they aren't very good at it- they tend to fall over alot. My dad used to have a gay parrot- really- it would approach and hump men, male dogs, never women or bitches (and of course the cat _was not_ having anything to do with it<g>).

Stay warm,
Lawrence

I remember checking out the cattle herd with my Uncle(hot)when I was a kid. He bought a new bull and all the bull did is try to hump the cows head. My uncle was pissed and all I could think was-over here bull.
