Most people don't understand us and we have to hide our sexuality away from other people for the rest of our lives.Which is a great shame really as all the subs/Doms.I have had the pleasure of meeting at fetish clubs or at munches were truly lovely people.
But it's those truly lovely people who have to shy disguise their sexuality away from society in today's goody two shoes world,and nothing else is exceptable mentality.Basically because people who are'nt into bdsm.They don't understand what we are like as individuals/people and they never will.In my own opinion bdsm is pretty harmless,as you can hurt yourselves more in the boxing ring,or trying to cross a busy street.
