I have never seen such an explosion of fake cashier checks. So of the "bank" websites look better then the real ones!

My banker told me- he sees one every week. [town of 5000]

All variations to gain cash or assets, it is rampant right now!

I have found that USPS money orders to be the next best thing to cash. Cash being the runner up to barter.

As it turns out my banker asked for the info I had. So I gave it to him. I hope they nab the SOB. my banker said he seen people take out a loan over this scan locally. we are 200,000 ppl in 4 counties here. a small area. he says he sees these fake checks about 1 per week.

i hope they nail the SOB!!!!
