Look how the tiny toe area in these heels pinch the baby toe. Tight toe boxes in shoes can cause long term damage in toes and joints.

The baby toe is all squished into the side of the shoem which I can tell you is mighty dam uncomfortable having sperinced it in my own shoe's and it certaintly hurts to see it.

LOL, yes, you're absolutely right - but I don't think it'll stop any of us wearing totally unsuitable shoes!
