CrazyC -> three days later... (3/6/2007 12:14:20 PM)

I just realized today that my breast hurts and is bruised from some play that happened three days ago. So i am wondering, has anyone else have this same issue? Should i be concerned about anything? is there anyway to care for areas like this, so i might not be hurting so bad three ays later?

LOL  I LOVE heavy squeezing breast and nipple play.
I've noticed when my breasts had been squeezed real hard it can take up to a week to calm down again on average, but it's usually much less painful after 48 hours.
I also noticed if my breasts, not just nipples were squeezed pretty hard when I first sat up in my bed in the morning my boobs stung like acid was in them as they shifted from the first morning upright position the very next day.
I also noticed my glands in my armpits hurt a little sometimes, but not always after hard heavy squeezing.
So far only once did something bad happen.
I had a milk duct inside rupture from too much heavy pressure last spring.
I'm still watching that lump and am having a mamogram in a week over it as my Doctor thinks it's best to check it again due to it becoming tender again a few weeks ago.
Over all nipples are way durable as they were designed to be chewed on and pulled, but your glands you have to be a little more gentle with and if you pull the boobs too hard you can do damage to the connective tissue that keeps your boobs from sagging.
If you have any more specific questions you don't want to answer here write me on the othe side.
I love having sore boobies and know this area of play pretty well from the sub care side.

As long as there is just a bruise without swelling it probably means you just overdid a bit (matter of opinion, i like marks and being achy for a bit after really good play).  If you have swelling have it looked at. You can treat it like any other soft tissue injury, ice it and take a mild pain reliever. If it responds you're good to go, if not, see your doctor.

I've had that happen as well, with bruising and without, and also closer to my period so it made it worse.  but it went away on its own.  I wouldn't worry about it.

Well personally I love the hurting for days.  Try some ibruprofen or other anti-inflammatory or some ice packs. That may help.  As long as it is just bruising it should be fine.  It will heal up soon. [;)]

I've had bruises that have taken several days to show up before. It is almost as if the bruise happens deep, rather than near the surface and takes a while to "rise." This is especially true when I've run into a table or something else with a sharp corner. I've never experienced the type of play you describe, but suspect it is pretty normal.

Thank you. :)

I probably sound kind of silly worrying at all. Just got scared, since i know the person i play with was actually only being light on me.

You don't sound silly at all. You sound smart, asking for informed opinions early on rather than just saying to yourself "everything's ok" and having horrible complications later because it wasn't.

Asking is ALWAYS the smart thing to do.
