I'm seeking real estate in the Seattle and Puget Sound areas suitable for a small to medium business. There are a given number of possibilities, and I'm willing to discuss all of them with the property owners.
Seeking:
1. A farm or ranch outside city limits with a barn or large storage.
2. A subterranian environment, large commercial basement, or disused industrial area.
3. Shared ownership or long term profitsharing lease with buyout option.
4. Mini Warehouse or 2 and 3 story barn in secluded area or controlled traffic.
5. Mountain homes with acreage.
Caveat one:
You can't get a business loan for certain kinds of business, so the owner must be willing to deal with me directly.
Caveat two:
I avoid using realtors and brokers simply because they add 5 to 15% to the cost of doing business. I deal only directly with the property owner
