Not too long ago, my Mistress forced an orgasm out of me. The use of the word 'forced' is somewhat subjective. Can she really force me to cum if I truly did not want to? I'm not entirely sure, but my guess would be no. However, after over a week of not being allowed to cum, then having her bind me until I was unable to resist her (another turn-on), and her teasing me a bit, she was easily able to stroke me off even though I was trying to resist.
Is that a forced orgasm? Yeah, that's what I'd call it. But nothing is truly forced. It's similiar to the fellow who locks himself in a chastity device and sends the keys to his Mistress, and then thinks "She forced me to do this!"
In my opinion, you just can't truly force the willing to do anything. After all, they WANT to do it.
