I have a nice play space and I am looking to rent it out on occasion to select individuals whom dont have a place to play. Its has a wood stove, High ceilings some equipment looking to start renting it out come May, anyone interested drop me a line. Very affordable.. Has a Bar, sitting area and TV as well.

Hi, below are my fees

1 HR            $50
4 HR            $85
12 HR          $150

At this point I am still putting final touches on the space, I will prior to May have a washroom installed and working so those who use it will have that option as well. Currently I have rented it out for gifts for the dungeon. To stock it up a bit. Like the last couple who took advantage of the space brought me a nice cane.
