I go through this every year....can't go to bed because my body thinks it's an hour earlier. Then don't want to wake up because....my body thinks it's an hour earlier. Late for work this morning because, in spite of all my precautions to make sure the clocks and even the computer were all set for the time change, the alarm didn't go off! So, I woke up at what used to be my "regular" time....which was now 20 min. before work starts. Arrrggghghghgh! It will take me weeks to adjust. Anyone else have this problem?[&:]

I love the time change. I enjoyed most of the day outside. I changed all my clocks, yes I had to get out the owners manual for a few electronic clocks such as car radios. I was online last night at 2 am and my computer was semi crashing it was throwing error codes saying something about the time. I got up today and the computer was fine.

There are a handful of states, like Arizona, that don't participate in DST. There are also counties within states, like in Indiana, that don't participate. Maybe you can move? LOL Now, my problem is that my natural clock really works on a 20-9 schedule. I want to be up and around for 20 hours, then sleep for 9. Not a good way to keep up with the "real" world. Master Fire

This is my favorite time of year. All the outdoor activities I can enjoy. Your body will get used to it..give it a week.

I hate the time change for the first few days. Then I love it. More daylight. Why can't we keep this time?

It's Sunday and I don't work weekends but I don't like to waste my own time. During the week I set the alarm for 6 am, even though I don't have to leave for work until 8:30 or so. I don't set the alarm on weekends, I just let my body decide when it's done being horizontal. I woke up at the new-and-improved 6 am anyway. I guess I don't have such problems. Jeff
