A union jack *British Flag* print on the front of it... Anyone have any sites that maybe selling such corsets with this on it? Or know of anyone that make or is selling within Ontario canada?

Do you have an image of it?
Why don't you ask custom-made corset companies?
Also, British custom-corset company must have an oreder like that in the past.
You can get all the good ones (their site addresses) from one of threads at CM.
Search on "Corset".
