I've seen something very similar. http://www.sinulator.com/ I have to admit, should I ever have both the funds and someone on the other end who wants to play, I -will- be getting one of these. And it has several different shiny attachments! [sm=preen.gif]

Adam and Eve is good, but you can get hold of the Passionate Penguin, they're in LA and sell mostly to stores.. Don't know if they have a web site, but the phone number is 866-812-4303...
