i was listening to Hamish and Andy on the radio (i guess only P/people in Melbourne would know listen to them) a few afternoons ago while i was cleaning and vacuuming my sister's car (yay chores ^_^ ) and they were giving 2 individuals the chance to become Australia's first Million-Yen-aire...lol
1 Million Yen sounds a lot, but it only accumulates to about $11,000AUD...which is still a fair amount =)
So one thought led to another and i thought about Financial Domme's. i was wondering if Financial Domme's expect a certain minimum amount from submissives. Lets say if a sub transferred 1000 Yen to a Domme which only works out to be around $10AUD, would the Domme be happy with this amount or expect more? i know i'd be scratching my head if i received 1000 Yen and ended up with $10AUD lol.

Not sure what a "Financial Domme" is exactly, but a good pro-domme in Melbourne is about A$250 per hour (give or take a bit). Ring a few to find out who does your thing.

A wife of course gets half of everything you have (and vice versa)

You really do not need to pay for domination though (unless you are married or your kink is really, really distasteful)

Join a BDSM club in Melbourne like Abode or Chains and go along to a few munches. And join the Australian Under 30s BDSM mail list (I think its a yahoo group). You will find a lifestyle Domme there for sure

Hi,

Rather than a "minimum" a subbie must pay for a ProDomme, he should be thinking about what the "maximum" is that he can afford on a regular basis. In a big city in the U.S. you can pay anywhere from US$100 to US$1,000. It's like buying an automobile bro, you can ride a Ford or a Rolls Royce..
They both get you there but the ride is a hell of a lot different... LOL

forget prodoms...corporate is the way to go.There are executives who will pay thousands just to have someone for a day.One woman who was able to speak several langauages and was once a corporate assistant charges over $20,000 for a week of her time. Some of the high end call girls advertise over $1,000 just to spend a couple of hours with them. So a prodom, might seem more affordable than you thought lol

I agree. Also, I would pay good money to see tits on a bull. I keep hearing that expression from this retired carpenter and I think it would be hilarious. My take on this - if someone approaches me and says he wants financial domination, he should either say "I fantasize about this but can't do it for real" or he should be honest about being serious. If he is serious, I talk about limits. How much can you afford weekly? Monthly? How often can I "push" it and demand something more? If they are serious about doing this for real, $10 a week would be plenty, hell even less would be fine. I have found from talking to a number of financial subs that they want to feel like they are being milked, used like an ATM, like they have no money for themselves b/c they have to spend it all on their "Goddess", etc. With sending any amount regularly, the rest of the emotion can be played to like a fantasy. There is no need to send hundreds of dollars a week/month.

What I have a problem with is those who have fantasies about sending hundreds, but can't afford it, so choose to tell me that they are serious and for real, and after getting their rocks off during negotiation disappear like hot potatoes. The dishonesty is very irritating.

If someone came to me and said that they were looking for a fantasy because they couldn't really do this, I would work with them about some fantasy play. But you have to be honest.
