Ok, so I have heard, if you have bad acne or exema, that you can make a homemade paste with aspirin and water, or honey instead of water. It dries out your skin, but brings infections to the top and heals your skin. Is this actually healthy?

Yes, aspirin can be used to treat acne. You simply crush the aspirin and add a little bit of water to make it a thick paste and apply it to the pimples. Leave it on a few minutes and wash it off with soap and water. My homeopathic books says it is for acne outbreaks, so I am not so sure it is for " bad acne" if by that you mean chronic acne.
Most commerical acne preparations contain salicylic acid which is  an " aspirin type" solution.

I didn't find anything in there about eczema and aspirin therapy. It does mention using Olive Oil to help control eczema.
Which makes sense, since with acne you want a drying typw application, while eczema requires a wet/moist application.

An herb that is very effective on both acne and eczema is Neem leaf. You can buy the whole herb in a dry leaf form or buy it fresh and dry it yourself. Crush the leaves into a power and add water to make a paste and apply.

Another option is Turmeric and Sandalwood made into a thick paste and applied to the skin.

I have not personally used any of these, but my 17 year old nephew has mild acne and I have him using Neem Leaf paste and it is working quite well. His outbreaks are cleared up in a day or so.

Don't forget tho... Soap and water.... soap and water... to remove and keep the skin clean, decrease the bacteria.
