m'Lord has instructed me to breathe through my nose if i feel like i'm about to vomit. i do gag quite a bit, but if i feel like vomiting, i breathe through my nose, and it stops the reflex. Works for me; don't know if it'd work for you.

Hi..........first time posting on a forum; but this is definately a topic worthy of the honor. I understand the breathing thing; just the way my body is built. I've learned some have a harder time than others; I attribute that to DNA and all of our own unique special individuality. The gagging and vomitting; well at least that for me, I've learned it has to do with a few different variables. Where my mind is seems to be the biggest variable of all. The more my mind begins focused on the task, enjoying then takes over and what focus was required begins to simply become rythmic and second nature. I suppose that would be practice taking over. The "more in the moment" each occurance is the less gagging I have and less stomach reactions I have. An obviously, the "less in the moment" I am, the more those reactions happen.
And I'm very curious also about this "cumming from oral" that was mentioned within this post and would be very honored if the poster would consider being so kind as to elaborate on that posting please.
