I would like to know if any of you have had any education on safe food play.

I am updating an article I wrote on it a few years ago and would like to see if I need to add to it.

thank you

bliss

I'm a pretty holistic person.
Maybe if you'd be willing to share your list here I could see if I could add to it or point out things I think are not so good.
Could you share your list here please?

If you are talking about inserting food, i know it's a bad idea to use anything with sugar in it because it can cause a yeast infection.  Also alcohol in the ass is bad, gets absorbed quickly.

well yeah, as a matter of fact, i do:

never, ever, ever let anyone insert cherry flavored lifesavers into your pussy...

they tend to afix themselves to the tip of the cervix and won't budge...

so in case your hand is too big for 'fisting', just be forewarned, gynecologists aren't exactly very nice about having to remove it for you, not to mention the fact that the yeast infection because of it just plain sucks!!!!

In my article I talk about talking about possible allergies and how to be prepared for them.

Careful of peanut oil, foods that contain honey or chocolate.  Some of the more common allergies.

Some of these allergies can kill or send someone into shock very fast.

I encourage keeping something to cut away bindings, benadril (or epi pin in the sub has one) close at hand.

As far as inserting sweets - just douch right after the scene - keeps yeast infections down to a minamum.

I can email the article to those who wish.
