Trust me, men. Women really do mean it. They really do want a gentleman who
exhibits manners. They want someone who actually reads their profile, and
makes a relevant comment.
Many of us are gentlemen. Just because you had one (or a handful) of bad experiences doesn't mean you should necessarily paint with such broad strokes.

Best Wishes,
- don

Why should I respond to an email that proposes a D/s relationship when my profile clearly states in BIG BOLD LETTERS, NOT LOOKING FOR ANYTHING.  I mean come on, if a Dom sends me an email stating that he is no longer searching cause he found exactly what he was looking for (in me I might add) and this said Dom hasn't had a single conversation with me, and my profile is clear about not interested in meeting that "Someone special", do you honestly think I'm gonna send him an email saying "Oh thank you Sir for your email, I'll serve you come take me away from this cruel life I lead?"

Not only am I not that desperate but I'm certainly not that stupid either.

So before you whine about not getting responses, think about what you are putting out there to begin with.  Take the time to read what the submissive has written.  There may be alot of insight into the workings of his or her mind.  They may just be here to learn from the boards and not really interested in finding anyone.

Ironically YOU are the one guilty of not reading carefully.  You remonstrate that I take the time to read what the submissive has written, without having actually read what I posted!  Look again.  I HAVE indeed sent out carefully-tailored messages.

Some have commented on the lack of detail on my profile here.  I am not just talking about this website, there are many others.  So many harpies have become so ensconced in their cliques here that they have lost sight of that, it appears.

Thanks for your comment, enjoy your consolation prize.....

At what point DOES it become time to "paint with such broad strokes", don?

We all have differing "points of diminishing returns".  I respect yours. Please respect mine.

And just exactly where in your op did you mention that you read their profile?  Cause you failed to include that point.  And I wasn't referring just to this site either.  You think that this is the only place a person would look for a partner?  You're whining for the sake of whining.  *hands the poor Dom a pacifier and moves along to something more stimulating*

What part of "a brief, friendly, polite note to someone"did you not understand?
How could a message be polite or friendly, if it did not clearly indicate that I had taken the time to carefully read her profile? (despite the fact that 99.99% of subs put up revolting cinderella-delusional profiles that amount to emotional/mental masturbation)

I'd invite you to cram that pacifier up your ass, but you aren't worthy of even that much attention.

The more I read of your posts under this and your other profile makes me wonder if your whole purpose here is to provoke others in order to gain attention. You have talked about helping others. Perhaps you need to look deeper and get help for yourself. You have serious issues that you really do need help with.

By the way, do not bother to reply with rude and ignorant comments, I really do not need confirmation of your increasingly idiotic behaviour.

servilecat -> RE: You've got to love it (4/14/2007 2:20:06 AM)

so anyway.....
i get basically four catagories of emails and instant messages.....i'm sure these are very familiar to most of the females online.
"nice smile or beautiful or tell your Daddy He is a very luck man..."
very sweet and a simple thank You is usually sent and any message personally from Daddy is added.

There are the ones that just send one word "hi" or "hello"
i don't feel a response is necessary and Daddy prefers me not to respond...

There are those very special "Does your Daddy share or let you play with others"  gee, those just give me warm fuzzies all over.  i don't feel the need to respond but it of course brings the smart @$$ out in me...especially if it's from the same men over and over.

Then there is the ever confusing, ever illustrious long form letter like emails that go on about meeting and long term and they love me and we could be happy together.  It's truly as if they have not read my profile at all.  Therefore i am not sure what response they expect.

i have a female lesbian friend on collarme.  She was wondering why she gets so few emails.  We discussed the possibility that it's because she is looking for women only....Women are so busy and time consumed and have so many responsibilities they dont have time for relationships....Men are so busy thinking about sex and so time consumed with sex that their dicks are usually the main responsibility...or maybe it's just trolls.

NakedGirlScout -> RE: You've got to love it (4/14/2007 2:48:44 AM)

This is the second time tonight I've seen a new thread started by oArioch in a cranky and complaining tone, with nothing to add to the discussions. Is he having a bad night, or should people think "thank goodness he's posting on the forums so I know how to respond if he writes to me"?

ExSteelAgain -> RE: You've got to love it (4/14/2007 3:51:08 AM)

I've been reading about those who want to redo the internet.

It all comes from, "I can't get a date."

I can't believe that women don't fall at your feet just on your words.
I mean...revolting cinderella-delusional profiles that amount to emotional/mental maturbation.
And a pacifier up the ass.
That is just pure heaven.  Especially how you phrased it all so romantically.
Who here wouldn't want you, eloquent wording and all?
And the whining is so appealing.  Such a turn on.

BOUNTYHUNTER -> RE: You've got to love it (4/14/2007 6:34:32 AM)

I have always been the "bad boy" but can clean up my act when call for.I very seldom email anyone on collarme ,I  hope that special tomboy, the one that can dress to the nines   or equally at home riding with her mistress or chasing hounds thur the woods with me finds us..WE are not actively seeking...bounty

happypervert -> RE: You've got to love it (4/14/2007 6:42:58 AM)

I love the internet too. Whiners drop in wearing a big sign that says "Kick me", and then foolishly keep posting in a stupid attempt to justify their original stupidity.

More proof supporting my theory that there are folks using us to indulge their humiliation kink. We're consenting adults, so it's all good!
