Tuesday April 17th from 12pm until 8pm participating Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops around the world will be hosting Ben & Jerry’s Annual Free Cone Day.

I went to the site and I can't find any in Sacramento. I will be looking in the yellow pages because I know for a fact we have one in rosevill square.
