Gawd!! it does my heart good to see all the different kinds of art and artisians there are on this list!!! In a time when generica washes over the landscape like glaciers during the ice age, there all of you, hammering, bending, sewing being creative.
I go to motorcycle meets, and see hundreds of shiny chrome bikes all looking so much alike a person has to really know them to tell the difference. I did a punk rock show the other night, 200 people all in the same "rebel against the system" uniform from, the "rebel against the system" store at the mall
I forgot what the heck I was looking for on this list when I just started scrolling through the great stuff you-all (we-all?) make, as well as your profiles. Every one a kind of island, different skills, different ideals. I peck away at this little riff with a sense of hope I didn't have a few hours ago. . . thanks!
