For temporary use try Dermablend (oil-based), Dermacolor (water-based), Cinema Secrets, Cover FX would all work well, If Cinema Secrets will cover the male beard area, it will cover a tattoo. Dermablend was originally designed for covering port wine birth marks, burns, etc. and would easily cover a tattoo. Long-term...laser might be the best bet, depending on the colors. It isn't cheap, but a number of treatments, which will be needed anyway, spread over a longish period might be affordable. Tasha
