in managing both my account and my mates, i ended up getting him in trouble through my ignorance. he wasn't upset at me but i was upset at running his screen name through the mud. so i do not make any future mistakes; *Please, teach me proper usage of the message boards.* i really like CM, but i am new to computers, and didn't understand about "dead threads". my understanding was as follows; be polite, post your opsions freely as they have been asked, don't rag any other user, replies to polls may be shorter as the OP wants statistics,,,, i still don't really understand a lot of this, so if anyone responds, feel free to use small words. It sounds like you understand the rules fine. And if you do make another mistake, never fear--There's a whole legion of flamers ready and willing to come down on you for it [:)] K that's overstated, but I was always a big fan of laying low till I got a feel for the rules. Then I'd start testing the waters, and once I figured things out to my satisfaction, I'd go all in.

Phoenix, mate of Chaos No offense hun...but what's so hard to understand in being polite? Being polite is just that.....be polite. Now, one being extremely new to computers may not know certian longo such as RAGGING. Simlpy means nagging really. Or in some cases...depending on words chosen can mean putting someone down. When answering a poll...try to keep it as short and to the point as you can. Unless the op specially asks for a drawn out explanation of you answer, they're just looking for statistics.
