     let's not forget all the "normal" names (like haley) made into screen names followed by some numbers, they write us with their incomplete profiles, maybe a picture of a "preppy" looking person in their early twenties, and then ask us to contact them on yahoo,,, those are the ones that worry me.
    and yes, a lot of letters wrote to me begin along the lines of; "are you in chains now?" i've thought about changing my screen name into idontwannacyber_goaway
    i like the creativity that goes into the screen names.[:)]

The strangest one I saw on yahoo once was:   "damn_those_egg_rolls"  hmmm I always wondered why this person chose this name and hung out in the "fingering my wet pussy" room in yahoo (ummm errrr I followed him to that room - yeah honestly!!!![8|])

harhar, interesting race the australians! i tend to still perceive them as pedalling a clockwork generator while typing on their pc, or radioing the flying doctor for snakebite treatment!
i did enjoy that "sylvania waters" though!!
i imagine "damn those egg rolls" was suffering from flatulence when constructing that handle, it's a little asexual, but i guess a male one. most ladies seem to favour fluffier names rather than ones that sound like wrestlers or ninja!

Bottom line is this...we are enamored with names at birth, however we all see ourselves as something else..be it by name, choices, gender and the such.  That is why somone seeking instant gratification will have a handle like comeridemebonenow222, or slutwithawetspot455.  Then again, there are limited choices too...I have been known by Doc to my personal friends for 30 years, yet yahoo decided there was more than one of me...lol

and will not even look at the profile.  Subs with domenow or some suggestive phrase telling Me from his handle what he is into or wants will not get touched by Me either.  I'm not interested in a dome anything.

Oh why not, I might as well throw my hat in the ring. I chose my name for two reasons, One:(And I am sure that this will send people veiwng me away) It is a old name of a White Wolf charater I use to play Sebastien Darkfall. Two: The meaning behind the name Lorddarkfall is the fall to darkness or a Fallen Angel. Now I don not think I am as hot as a angel but I do think that it is better than using my real name that would send people laughing home

throughout my formative years, every single time during an american film when a cheerleader was described as "spunky" the entire audience in the cinema wet themselves with laughter!
cockney rhyming slang for it, incidentally, was "harry" (short for harry monk) as in "harry all over my trousers"!!
the other interesting rhyming slang dick van dyke didn't use in mary poppins was "grumble" as in "grumble and grunt"!!
