What are the essential ingredients for this rather sublime way of passing an afternoon

Well that's what you get for posting with a hangover.
Having said which I can recall occasions when I could tick at least 10 of my essentials (or non essential essentials).I fogot to add a very looooooooooong liiiiiiiiiiiiiiingering hug at the end and then going out to dinner somewhere nice..then going back in the anticipation of doing it all over again
In reality reality is hugely over rated.
