Well, Bianchi makes a line of luxury purses, made according to the latest fashions (they come out with new ones anytime a new fashion trend comes about), and they've got this little hidden pocket inside for the gun.  Makes alot of sense to me. :)  Not to mention, they look like ordinary purses unless you know who Bianchi is. *grins*

I am thinking yes.

As for the topic, I do remember reading something years ago in a scientific journal (written primarily by men) that their studies found that physically yes, women, especially their brains, are much further along the evolutionary path. They broke it down factually and it actually made alot of sense.

All of that being said, wether or not their hypothesis hold true doesn't really matter to me one way or another. Unlike others, I have no emotional investment in the subject. Just something I remember reading.

Um --- NPR just did a big science thing on that very thing, LT... and they spoke along the lines that a womans brain tho generally lighter in weight contained more synapses and all the other structures and chemicals in which intelligence reposes compared to the man's brain. Additionally, they gave quite a few examples of womens superior overall reasoning and intelligence.

I mean to tell the truth, from a Male Dominant perspective, I really don't need to evolve, the knuckle dragging and take the path of least resistance has worked out well for me overall.   It would seem to me that there are vast differences in physical and mental capabilities of women and men.  This is not to say that one rules the other in the end,  but if I am to carry the brawn, who will hold the brains.

But I ain't looking to go over war with it, either way....I am happy in my sandbox, and have no need to throw sand in anothers face.

LOLOL,
Ron(ne)

Well, for the first time in any forum on the internet, I managed to get one of my posts deleted, lol.  Of course, that's the first time someone on a message board actually infuriated me to the point that I lashed out.  My apologies to the admins, I'll tone it down.

I like Coach hand bags. My Sig P226 .45 ACP fits in all of them. Bianchi Leathers
has a long way to go in the style department.

Viva la differance!........That would be my thoughts.

My sandbox is just fine also. I have no need to throw any around.

When I was at university I had a female lecturer that argued that men are simply less evolved than women. If you think it through it actually makes a lot of sense and has become one the founding principles of why I serve.

Men are more aggressive, more driven by animal desires like lust, and physically less evolved (hairier etc). In short men are just not suitable in many ways for the modern age which is why I have come to believe that women should be dominate. The only reason it has traditionally been the other way around is because in many cases men have been physically stronger. This is simply wrong.

Anyway, I was wondering if others share this thinking or if I am mislead?

I think that species evolve together or they fail together.

I think what we see as biological differences are really a matter of gender roles which is primarily social conditioning.

Think about it. (what follows are broad generalizations)

When boys act aggressive what does society usually say? Boys will be boys.

If girls act aggressive what does society usually say? What's wrong with her? Maybe she was abused and is acting out.

I've seen it with many kids I watched throughout highschool and college. Girls get praised for being polite and for talking; boys often get ignored when they behave the same way. Girls who act up are often called on it but when boys act up its more complicated -- often it is just a "boys will be boys" reaction unless it starts to cause greater problems.

Imagine how confusing that must be for the boy. He's ignored when he's "good" or worse called names that challenge his sexuality (even if he's far to young to be concerned with that). He may get praised for aggression or he may be punished for it. It must be very difficult to figure out what a good boy or man is like in those circumstances.

On the other hand, reports of female violence and aggression are increasing in schools and in police reports. And there are men and boys out there would never ever aggress against others who end up doing fine in their lives.

In other words, it isn't simply biology or evolution.

As a college instructor I think your professor was out of line and should have been called on what she said. Can you imagine a male professor saying "Women are biologically inferior to men, their less aggressive nature make them unsuitable for leadership or decision making roles"? That male professor would be reported; your female professor should have been reported too.

Einzelganger, being a cyclist, I'm familiar with Bianchi.  They are indeed Italian and make some fine bikes (among other things) but one of the Italian firearm and accessory manufacturers that also offers those types of purses is Beretta.

They have a pretty swanky store in the most expensive part of the city here and offer firearms and fashionable, discreet means of carrying them.  Quite popular with some women here (it IS Texas after all, lol).

Just in case anyone wants to go looking for one of those.

Wow, I am somewhat overwhelmed by the can of worms I was opening.

Let me make it clear I am not submissive so much because I believe women are more evolved but rather because I think they are better suited to lead. However, that is probably opening up jet another can of worms ;)

Honestly, barcodeBoi, it doesn't matter why your sexuality and BDSM interests are the way they are if you and your partner(s) are happy.

I understand the intellectual drive to try and figure out why; that can be a worthwhile journey to make for yourself.

Preaching about those reasons to othere people and trying to convine them to follow your way (as others do all the time, not you in particular, barcodeBoi) demonstrate to me that they are people who are either unconvinced themselves and thus need to preach and get "numbers on their side" or they are afraid and feel the need to control others so they feel safer.

So you discover what makes you happy, barcodeBoi, and try to ignore the BS out there.

When? Anytime I have put 6 shells in it........usually with 5 left when the job is finished. Unless of course there were, multiple targets.

Oh, and that is no way to be considered a threat. As I said, I have no emotional interest in this thread subject at all. I just found it interesting and thought I would add my ten cents.

The gun stuff, well thats a whole different topic. Sue me for the hyjack......talk to my attorney, benji.
