what little/big sign do you recieve when you have really fulfilled That Special Person in your life-style. not the pat-on-the-head "good sub", but rather some special moment that is not soon to be forgotten.

While a pat on the head sort of thing would never go unnoticed, and was always welcome, the thing I found most rewarding in my previous relationship was when she would smile at me.  The sort of smile that reaches the eyes, and is truly heartfelt.  From the first time she did it, I was hooked, and I'd do anything to get that look again.  Me?  Addict?  No, never. *grins*

He tells me.  Far from just a pat on the head, He talks with me and tells me just how i have pleased Him.  This is the case whether i have pleased Him during "play" or just in the course of the many things i do to serve Him each day.  Master never fails to let me know very directly how happy my service has made Him.  No confusion, no wondering, no need to try to guess if He's pleased - He just says it [:)] .......... slave luci

i have many moments when Daddy's pleased with me ...i'm wearing one around my neck. To show how pleased He's with me, Daddy spoils me with gifts and/or treats from collars to lingerie to flowers ...whatever He wants to spoil this daughter with. already know what i'm getting this month from Him - cannot wait to wear them on my ankles.

I usually get a smile a kiss and the words thats my good girl.  Makes me feel good all over.  Master felt bad his hours were changing at work and because he felt bad and knew i would a  little upset he gave me a great gift.

I know he's pleased with me when he tells me he loves me just before I drift off to sleep...or when he tells me he's proud of me, or when he pulls me into his lap and cuddles me just because.  Or most recently, when some act of sacrifice on my part recently sent him into an explosive orgasm.  There are lots of ways he says he's pleased with me.

I would like to think that I'm pleasing to my Daddy most of the time...He tells me so often. I made it clear at the beginning of our relationship that I thrive on positive reinforcement and He has obliged. He's showed up at my work with flowers, taken me to eat somewhere He doesn't particularly like, gets me my favorite little cigars, makes me silver dollar pancakes on Sundays, and bought me a coffee maker to put in the bathroom so I don't have to trudge my lazy ass all the way downstairs to get coffee.[:D]
 
But there was one night. We had been at odds all week long, communication was at a stand still. Eventually we were just weary of the arguing and sat on the bed to just shut up for a while. I guess it took a few hours, but we finally came to terms with what had caused the rift. We both apologized...and for me apologies don't come easy.
 
That night we slept so close that you couldn't tell where one of us ended and the other began. That night we fit so perfectly together, that I knew I pleased Him...and that I had the ability to please Him. It was the start of another chapter in our lives, because not only did I please Him once, I knew I could continue to do so.

my former Mistress used to let me worship Her feet as a reward for good behaviour bcause She knew it was something i particularly enjoyed.
my current Owner will simply smile and perhaps tell me i am a good boy - please don't knock that, it is very special as far as i am concerned. Dommes tend to be very sparing with their praise, so it means all the more. And i'd really like a pat on the head!

Greetings all,

Master will raise my chin and have me look into his eyes when he smiles at me.  He runs his fingers through my hair as i kneel at his feet.  There are many words of appreciation and compliments as to my service to him.  All these things make me feel wonderful - though nothing quite compares to staring into his amazingly beautiful blue eyes.

I love the feeling of knowing I've done well. It's hard to explain, but aside from smiles and little gestures the air in the room feels somehow different. I'm happy when Sir and Miss are happy.
