Kitte9 -> Are we all somewhere else? (5/1/2007 9:48:16 AM)

As I look at the other boards, I notice that there are fewer responses in this forum than in any other. Is everyone somewhere else or just uncommunicative?

LuckyAlbatross -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/1/2007 9:58:14 AM)

I'd say somewhere else.  Usually I don't respond to a thread because either someone else has already given the same answer I would, or it's just not really intriguing to me.  Or it's been a busy week and I've had to prioritize.

A lot of people don't identify as a switch...so they don't read this forum. I don't read the Gor forums 'cause I'm not Gorian. It's not an insult to that forum (in fact, they're probably happy I don't post).

I'm sorry, there's just only so many times I can answer the same question. Am I a switch? YES!!! Why do I consider myself a switch? I like both sides of the equation. How do I deal with it when someone calls me "confused" or uses some other purjerative label with regard to my switchiness? I ignore them. Do switches exist? YES!!! I ARE ONE!

There just aren't that many questions that can be applied to this specific side-forum, and I've been cycling through here for something like three years now.

So what you are really saying is that we are a niche market? [8D]

BigEyes -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/5/2007 12:09:57 AM)

Lots of people don't take a switch seriously. It is sometimes seen as an intermediary stage before a 'real' decision is made. Who cares? Be what you are and how you feel and ignore the need for labels. But this might be why this forum is usually more quiet.

BlindUnknown -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/5/2007 12:28:09 PM)

I concur with the "there aren't many questions" statement.  Most questions, even if posted by a Switch, are only dealing with one side of the coin, Dominant or Submissive.

most of the questions here relate to "i like someone who's one-sided oh noes what do i do!?" or any of Suleiman's previously mentioned ones from a non-Switch.

Evanesce -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/5/2007 12:43:03 PM)

I'm just not here very much.  Life's been busy, and CM has kind of taken a back seat to business.

earthycouple -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/6/2007 4:38:35 PM)

It seems so many of the questions are questioning our "switchiness" I posted about that already and have nothing more to say about my switching and why or what causes who I am.

RoninTyger -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/6/2007 7:24:31 PM)

It seems simple to me. most switches are reading the Dom and sub forums to find the answers to there questions. ive seen very little in this forum that relates strictly to switching except for the ever popular "why doesnt anyone like us?" and from what i read so far switches are only interested in non switches or they wouldnt worry so much what the subs or Doms think. if more interesting questions were posed here more people would read and respond

I like switches just fine, thank you very much.  Taste just like chicken.

NakedOnMyChain -> RE: Are we all somewhere else? (5/7/2007 5:21:23 PM)

I'd say that there are less of us, overall.  Also, it's a cycle, so people write elsewhere.  They see few people here, so they don't post here, and it keeps few people here.
