I too just think the skewers through your breasts makes me drool in thinking about it.
I spoke to my GYN who knows I'm kinky, but is very vanilla and gets real wide eyed when I ask her about things like this so her opinion may be and probably is vanilla biased.
She told me little needles would do no damage but ones less than 15 gage indeed can and does cause damage to the mammary glands that's permanent.
She said the scar tissue would be prone to cysts, and it could encourage fibroid tissue to grow in the wounded zones as well.
She also said if the needle goes through nerves I could lose sensation in my nipples.
Though I thought it's hot as all hell I'm more leery of turning this fantasy into a reality at least till I can talk face to face with a sub who's done it lots of times and her experience with the permanent damage it causes.
I think if the skewer just went through the skin and didn't skewer through the whole boob it should be OK and other than some little tiny scars on the surface it wouldn't leave much permanent damage if we followed good sterile techniques.
kinkymedical.com use to carry the skewers, but now their site says they don't sell needles or piercing supplies any longer look elsewhere.
I know here in my area there's a twice a year leather flea market in the Crucible in DC.
The next one is in August.
There are vendors at this function that carry what you seek.
Unfortunately till then I can't get any info on places to purchase them.
If you've not found some by the beginning of August write me and I'll find the information out for you at the flea market in mid August.
