Shopping for a DVD player, maybe? Butterhead is also fascinated with my purse and wallet, which is why they are kept up above their reach!

I was going to say something about you still having a VCR, until I realized that I still have one also. I thought that I had been the LAST person on Earth to buy a DVD player.

it is a combo DVD/VCR....more storage for a two year old!

I always keep my wallet out of reach (why are they so attracted to them?) but i do not always carry the CC's, so i took it out of the drawer and put it on the table. I am an idiot.

Maybe he wants to go buy a cuddly Cthulhu like Butterhead got yesterday.

It is somewhat terrifying to watch her running around squealing with delight at Cthulhu. Is: "Yes! Yes! I will become your follower! I will go insane and let you devour my soul and mind!" what she is thinking?

Especially after the whole, "sacrificial duck alter" incident.

The statuette, idol, fetish, or whatever it was, had been captured some months before in the wooded swamps south of New Orleans during a raid on a supposed voodoo meeting; and so singular and hideous were the rites connected with it, that the police could not but realise that they had stumbled on a dark cult totally unknown to them, and infinitely more diabolic than even the blackest of the African voodoo circles. Of its origin, apart from the erratic and unbelievable tales extorted from the captured members, absolutely nothing was to be discovered; hence the anxiety of the police for any antiquarian lore which might help them to place the frightful symbol, and through it track down the cult to its fountain-head.

Isnt that where he stores his grilled cheese sandwiches? i had 3 VCR/DVD combos...they all have varying layers of pbj and grilled cheese inside...none work, i kept them for decoration...

Because explaining to the grandparents WHO Chthulhu is is difficult enough without having to explain why they have a cuddly one to love as well. Or worse, why they have multiple Chthulhu things.

Good morning, everyone...~scratches~...God, what an exciting night I had. My youngest um came down and we did a mini-marathon of "Monk" while listening to her plans for Monday (her 21st). Dad lost a few more hairs...~raises a sleepy but warning brow at holly~

holly, dinner was ok, mini-thing was an incredible brat and rude that I wanted to smack the crap outta..... RhinoRump was ok, except for the whining about not having money for rent. Again.

Perse, it's a day. Not a particularly good one but hey - that's life.

Aylee, I have to chuckle. I thought I was one of the very few that still reads Lovecraft. I love his stuff! And trying to explain Cthulu to people, uhhhhhh, ya. Nevermind!
