Status: offline 		Thank Holly - I knew I wanted something healthy with my salmon dinner tonight. Carrot cake it is! Now can you tell me how to justify chocolate milk to go with it.

Actually I eat pretty healthy - right now I'm having a breakfast of banana, nuts, and yogurt. *pictures all the gutter minds enjoying themselves with that comment* I'm trying to get the weight down and lower my blood pressure. But oh those chips sounded sooooo good.

ahh...you answered your own question.

Health food cancels out non-health food. Therefore, the healthy breakfast will cancel out the chocolate milk.
If you think about it in those terms, you have really eaten nothing for breakfast, nor had anything to drink with your carrot cake.

My personal opinion is your caloric intake has been low enough today for you to actually lose weight.

Dinner here before I showed up was often oven-heated chicken strips and a pop, or a bag of chips. There's a roasted chicken flavour chip here that He can eat by the bag. Or the dill pickle chips.....or the ketchup chips or any other of several flavours.

you ladies can toss Jim into the mix as well. He will bypass the good stuff (fruits, proteins, etc) for the GOOOOOD stuff (chips w/dip, cookies, carrot cake)

MMMMMmmmmmmm...funnel cake, frozen chocolate-covered banana on a stick, bratwurst, barbequed Turkey Legs (can anyone tell I am looking forward to the car-show season?)

Status: offline 		Believe it or not....Chocolate Milk isn't that bad for you....it is suggested to drink after a workout as opposed to a smoothie for those who are budget weary!....Whey, calcium etc....same things people drink smoothies for!....low fat is much better than whole obviously but all and all....not too bad!
