Status: offline 		Hey Greedy...the lil dude had a mishap this morning. He slipped off of the couch and played smash-face with the coffee table. So far..a bloody nose and a very fat lip. UGHHHHHH...i was sitting right there!!

Tylenol, a warm bath and a cold compress to his neck has him calm. I am just entering the basket case phase.

I was warned that this is something moms of boys need to deal with....but damn...it tears your heart out.

Heyas, holly, sounds like Mr. Smarties and LO are having a fine time together. Mr. Smarties has a split, fat lip from throwing himself down and hitting his face on something hard. Brought him around REAL QUICK to calm down. Boy, I can see some serious time at the ER when these 2 get together. (Not to mention us......)

Ice water is a VERY VERY VERY good choice, Holly....

it will be fine, Rain. The ER here is right next to the psych ward. Hopefully they will let us out long enough to check on the boys.

I have to wonder at the sheer bull headed determination of male youngsters who take crazy risks for the sake of "fun". Something to do with that pesky "y" chromosome.

Status: offline 		You got that right. My sub has a nice scar in his hairline from running into the monkey bars on the playground. The school year had just started up again and he did not take into account being taller after a growth spurt during the summer.

One of my nephews got a hold of the car keys and inserted them into a light socket. Brother and his wife rushed the kid to the ER, came home and the fridge did not work. So they went out and bought another fridge and that one did not work either...Guess what junior had managed to do?
