Well, babies can get it in their mouths and mothers on their nipples, so I am not overly surprised.  Dark damp place.  Maybe she needs a red circle for "Stop!  Wrong Hole!"

I'm one of the freaks who studied STDs at a college level, including a visit from a local worker at the community health department. The horror stories... oh god the horror stories...

Yep.  They call it "thrush." 

Yeast is just a fungus.  So. . . really, anywhere that has the right growing conditions.

I can do those things, but it does hurt. It looks bruised and maybe a tad bit swollen.
