alcohol can raise hell with the blood pressure, Sophie. If it is chronically high you might want to invest is a BP monitor you can use at home.

at first i went nuts, then became resigned, then pissed, then nuts, then furiously nuts, then when nothing else worked told hubby if he was unwilling and unable to meet the needs he awakened in me while he was going elsewhere to get his needs met then good for him cause i was going to as well. So here i am.

Status: offline 		i've had the same bp issues, the same alcohol tendencies for years... (bp since i was a teen). i have other health issues that contribute to the migraines that i've no intention of discussing. What it boils down to is i know my issue is stress. we all know about my "relationship problems". i'm not sure where that's headed. He makes me think W/we will work it out one minute, and has me bawling my eyes out the next. The job, well, yeah...i sooooooooo wish to ask my work boss if she's bipolar. She's making me crazy-er. my son is at least seeming to do better, though.

I was not suggesting you disclose you personal health history, Sophie. You state you have hypertension. You state you drink and you state you are under stress.

These factors tell me monitoring your blood pressure would be a sensible thing to do.
