Status: offline 		my youngest turns 20 in a few days. we went out for an early b-day dinner with some of her friends. they left to go on and i went around the corner to the beach. slipped off the ballet flats, pulled up the leggings and let the breeze play with the hot pink floaty jacket.

the water was cool but not cold. there was a purple scallop shell, a heartshaped piece of slate and a small piece of ocean glass. i wrote an i heart you note to him with them and took a picture on my phone

i sat on the boulders, contemplated the waves and the setting sun and the storm castle-clouds.

the night was at peace. i am at peace.
