Like Sci, I must've missed the posts about Jim's accident.  I am glad and thankful for you both that he came out of it O.K..   In all seriousness heavenly one, I've seen what you describe for 26 years...men never going to the doctor unless they are too "crippled up to do anything".  When I look at my patient list, the ratio of female patients to male patients is about 4:1.  Seems that women want it taken care of now and men are "stoic".

As for seeing the vehicle, the thing that will most probably strike you deep is the realization that a vehicle can be twisted and bent that way and someone still gets out alive.  A God-thing indeed.

That is exactly what happened, CD. Seeing the car, or what is left of the car, was a good thing. It is over and time to move on
