I wish.... been up and down most of the night with a killer sore throat and earache.

Though admittedly, at 430 am this morning, Mr. Smarties calls for me and says "Sonja, Pooh and Kessie sound crazy. Can you fix please?" while looking up at me with big sad eyes and the most mournful look on his face. I asked him "they sound crazy?" and he said "yes, they sound crazy, somethings wrong with them." So there I was replacing batteries at 430 am in his favourite toy.

What could I do? He was so sad and dejected because they sounded "crazy".

yanno...they have perfected the puppy dog look....the LO does the same thing.

I am sorry you are dealing with an earache on top of everything else. You ARE going to a doctor for a (full, damnit!) dose of abt's...right? Nuffin to play with, Rain

I hear ya, holly. My doctor in Idaho knew all too well that I refuse to go in if it's too soon or just a cold. What's going to happen? You're going to pay them to tell you what you already know? Go home, get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids? I ain't paying someone $50-75 dollars to tell me what my common sense already knows.

Now, if it's been over 10 days and you have other stuff going on like the signs of a sinus infection or fever, then a trip might be in order.

Oh - and Celeste? C'mere, sweeties, I wants to give ya big hugs and kisses!!!!!

It's pathetic to realize that I'd welcome a 24 hour bug. Be sick and get it over with even if I'm puking my guts out. I've been sick now for almost 6 weeks. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired......
