Well if I where there I would give you a massage. Followed by melatonin and L-tryptophan. Maybe an antihistamine. Then an orgasm to really relax you. Then stick you in a blackout room (no light source at all - not even an LED). Followed by a guided meditation/hypnosis to sleep.
I have lots of experience with sleeplessness as my ex was rapid cycling Bipolar 1 and I'm technically Bipolar 2.
Speaking of sleep - I need to go get some.
