Never self-milked outside of masturbation. Im thinking it would be difficult, but not impossible to perfect.

Some men have reported success using Aneros (aneros.com) for self milking. However, it takes a great deal of patience and care to find the right pressure. It can be done, though.

I have some experience with prostate stimulation and do milk myself from time to time. I'm a little unclear on one point. My understanding of the point of milking subs for female dominants is to deny them the pleasure of orgasm while draining them of semen , in other words, an aspect of orgasm control . Yet, the info on the Aneros touts it's effectiveness in enhancing the power and pleasure of the orgasm. My own experience has been that stimulation of the prostrate, whether internally or externally, i.e. perineal pressure, enhances my orgasm. So, my question is, if the point is to deny the sub the pleasure of orgasm while having him self-milk, why would you ( all ) suggest the use of such a device ?

Because it doesn't (necessarily) induce orgasm. That requires different stimulation in most cases.
