I admit after my experience last night (that I will surely write about tomorrow), I feel a smidge more hope for the human race. When the older gentleman and his wife stopped last night to keep me from being run over and then offered to give me a ride so I wouldn't be in the cold, I cried. I hope that he could tell I was greatdul because I was almost sobbing and could not even say an audible "thank you". It eas really sweet and I wish I could have paid him or hugged him or something. It was just so nice.

I admit that my son's marching band's cookbook is finally back from the printers and available for sale. Our family (all the way back to his great grandmothers) has 29 recipes in it. Can't wait to get my hands on a copy! (message me if you would like more information about this fabulous community cookbook)

I admit I am glad my temporary housing situation will be a lot more settled as of Friday. Yay!

I admit I got my ears pierced a second time today. I've wanted that done for 10 years, but today I walked past a piercer and was like, "what the heck!" Spontaneity is good.

I admit I unexpectedly had a great brief chat with colleague Mr. A yesterday on the phone, during which I could thank
him for all the stuff I learned from working with him in the past 7 weeks...

I admit with leaving here I will miss working with him most...and understand now the song where it comes in it, that I wish I could put him in my pocket...

I admit I hope to find a colleague on his level again soon, as I need colleagues in my life which challenge me as much as he did...as otherwise work is a tad bit more boring[:o]

I admit it's time now to post off some more applications (via email) and then to sort out dinner for my kids at work...in about an hour...

I admit I'm looking forward to watch with them my sunday soaps again followed by the news afterwards as they enjoy them as much as I do[:)]

I admit last night saw me trying on a pair of thigh high spike-heeled boots (which fit), and much hilarity ensued caused by the crowd watching me trying to actually WALK in them!!

this was followed by me trying on a pair of those lady gaga no-heeled boots (which were actually quite comfy and a hell of a lot easier to walk in!)

I admit that I have acquired a roll of real yellow police crime scene tape.
I admit I wrapped her head in it during the scene.
I admit I was trying to make a "crime scene" of her body.
I admit it was hot as balls, literally and figuratively.
