...am having a really good time at work as I'll complain about my big boss here big time[:)]
...am not easily drawn to do that but as he recognised in his letter to me in december, that there are serious issues caused by the boss in my first house here (following my complaint to him as well as my request to take me out of there) which
needs clarification - I am seriously "wondering" why he actually didn't clarify it at all...[8|]
I admit here are many serious concerns like that (like the fact that our kids are still affected badly from their live-in mum who left 3 years ago into retirement, where a person on a higher level admitted in february to colleagues and me, that the boss didnt take it serious enough what was going on in that house during that time and the kids today also mentioned that they could take her to court...and whilst I wasnt here during that time...and dont want to judge about it...I think it would be important from a boss outside of here, to have a look at it...cause if they dont...well, if ever the press gets wind from it then they have a massive problem)...
I admit as I spoke to my lovely colleague again today I felt a bit like the intro "murder she wrote" with imagening to write my complaint[:D]
I admit I always took my job dead serious cause quite frankly if we dont help our kids to have a voice...who then???
I admit it is shocking for me to realise how much dirt is getting covered up here from the boss and I'm looking forward to lift the carpet and take the broom to try to clean out this mess more...and perfectly understand by now (thanks to my talks with that colleague...) why I have to go[:)] and am pretty proud now, that I'm having to go[:D]
I admit my nice tv-evening with kids got busted...after T decided to smash our front door window and two others missbehaved badly, too[>:]
I admit T will join me to our work men tomorrow...before she goes to school...as I have no desire to get their temper about it...she did it, she can pick up their temper for having to repair it[:D] and I so don't care that she doesn't want to, she will tell'em[>:]
I admit its time now to write the work diary back since friday.....jeeesh I hate that[:'(]
I admit I hope we'll receive no bad letters from school this week...3 of those last week due to really bad behaviour are enough for a
