I admit i feel really fragile after how abrupt my therapist was with me an dthen finding out a dog i knew at the shelter died, i just wanna hurt myself then curl up an cry till there's nothing left, I'm settling for the best one out of two and crying my eyes out.

I admit I just did something that appears to have strained every muscle in my body, including the ones I didn't know about. I literally feel sick from it. I admit that I'm looking forward to skypez then SLEEP. I feel sleeo sick.

I admit i wonder sometimes, how one moment my bs reading could be 109 and then the other finger a second later could give a reading of 116.

TFB, wash your hands well first, and prick the side of your finger, not the pad. also, clean lancets to prick your finger. it's possible for food residue to be on your skin and thus give you different readings. also, get your machine calibrated regularly.

Ty! I will try that next time. I hadn't eaten any time recently a nd i had washed my hands after i ate and before I poke I wipe the finger really well with an alcohol wipe an let dry. I was told by hospital to do that.

yeah, well, different nurses different suggestions. i've been told not to wipe with alcohol for pricks or for injections if you're going to do it long term (like jabbing with insulin for years and years). also, never prick in the same place all the time. can build up scar tissue. and if you do crafts, avoid the finger that gets consistently pricked by the needle. i have great scar tissue on two of my fingers from quilting, so i tend to avoid those fingers unless i'm in a masochistic mood [;)]

well hibbie my hubby is 21 years older than me and is driving me nuts because i have about 10 weeks of recovery left from delivery and he wants some puttytang and cant have it yet. He thinks that i still have the 6 week recovery which means he only has 4 weeks left to wait but i have to wait 10 because of the UM causing a csection. i also have to go under the knife 2 more times once for oral surgery and the second for hemmorid removal from the pregnancy causing em. i admit im outta here b/c i gotta do school stuff and its all due in less than 48 hrs.
