I admit I've not been around here much this week because

I admit I've been having way too much fun with two boys, ages 8 and 9.

I admit that, just taking them to the pool they can manage to hurt themselves.

I admit my son and his S.O. totalled their new Road King Saturday so we've also spent way too much time at the University of IA Hospitals.

I admit they will be fine, a surgery and a few days in the hospital for both, unfortunately they will probably replace the bike.

I admit Ash is ordered to get the hell out of Syria......pronto.

I admit I've been eating A LOT of hummus this week.

I admit I had a GRRRRRREAT job interview Wednesday morning at a company I really want to work for. It would cut my commute time in half or less. I have to wait for a second invitation to interview in a week or so and will know in approximately two weeks. Have I mentioned I REALLY want this job?

I admit we are going to the pool again today.

I admit I will not be able to do much swimming because I will be taking Evil Knevil One and Two.

I admit it is time to cut up some melon for two bottomless pits (already they've had fruit juice and oatmeal, then a fresh peach and it's onlly 10:06am)

I admit we tried a new cookie idea the kids love, me, not so much so. Chocolate chip cookies with Oreos baked into the centre. I guess I am a purest. Oreos by themselves. Chocolate chip cookies by themselves. Perhaps if I made my Choc chip cookie dough less rich. I use real butter and real vanilla extract. Add an Oreo in the centre and it's just too much. Even for ME!

I admit my butt is having a hard time getting up from this chair.

I admit my smallest dog Sophie, is such a sassy referee. The kids start wrestling or swabbling and she sashays over and gives them serious what for. Nala, the GSD, just pushes herself inbetween. Sandy, the middle sized, just hides in the bedroom.

Did I mention.......I have HUMMUS!

I admit I send *hugs* to LaT, and good wishes for both her employment possibility and the quick recovery of her son and S.O.

I admit my son is 33 and his S.O. is, I believe, about 8 years older than he.......so not so young. And apparently, both are being very grumpy as they recover.

I admit I don't care how grumpy they are, I have the slightly concussed (due to a water slide incident) 8yo and a fat lipped (due to a back flip off a diving board that fought back) 9yo, that are much happier and pleasant to have around.

I admit I am eating hummus and pita chips as I type.[:)]

And YOIKS, hope the various injuries are healed soon! I confess to a limited sympathy for bike crashers. but I don't like people being hurt, either.

I admit that I am looking forward to being in the water in LESS THAN SIX WEEKS!!

I admit I'm officially beyond annoyed with all this sweating from premenopause.
I admit it's to the point that I'm afraid to leave the 65 degree air conditioning of my home.
I admit my daughter got a tattoo a couple of days ago on her foot.
I admit it's a lot bigger than I expected her to get. It was one she's been wanting for a long time and is kinda a tribute to her father.
I admit I am surprised she was able to withstand the pain lol.
I admit I'm looking forward to having lunch with her tomorrow and catching up since I haven't seen her in a little while now.

I admit I am stunned that (even with them working most days) they haven't YET finished their damned back porch.

I admit how very sweet of you, thank you!

Everyone is fine. (as far as I know at the moment) I tend to have a family of people rather interested in the more high risk hobbies and sports. Injuries are a common occurance. If we get by without a trip to the ER, it's a good day.

I admit it's almost 6am... dark & freezing cold. I have to go to work, dreading it because it's very heavy/hard work currently. I wish it was a few weeks ago where all the patients could walk independently & toilet themselves! [&:]

I admit 2 days of the 3 day swimming event have been cancelled... I'm on the third day so hoping this weather improves before then

Why have they cancelled the swimming, Soul? Surely the weather can't make THAT much difference to swimming in icewater?
