I admit it, I rode 4 miles on my bike today! I admit it, that isn't quite true. I rode the bike down hill and on non-inclines, but walked up the hills. I admit it, I haz the owies - first time my backside muscles hurt THIS badly without a paddle or cane being involed. I admit it, I'm developing a love/hate relationship with my new bike.

I admit yoga tonight BLEW. And not in the good way. I spent the first 30 minutes trying not to cry or leave. My balance sucks. My hamstrings are killing me from some enthusiastic stretching and positioning the other night. I admit I then came home and cried for 30 minutes straight in Odeen's arms. I admit this is not my idea of a good Friday night. I admit I'm going to cook dinner, and luckily there are a couple Smirnoff ices in the fridge that I can self medicate my woes with.

I admit I have a girl crush thing going on with someone whom I find to be super hot! I admit I want to steal her away and keep her all to myself. I admit I may be having a visitor in the next few weeks or so and I am VERY excited! I admit that I finally completed a project that I started about 15 months ago. I admit that I am pleased with the results. I admit that it's kind of like painting a room. You get the painting done, and then you realize there's a whole boatload of other stuff that has to be done - all the tidying up, but because the MAJOR portion is done, you feel fabulous. That's where I am. I feel fabulous! Whew!

I admit that in the past few years my migraines have morphed into something that leaves me with short term memory loss. I act normal, respond normal, but those days are completely blank. I much prefer the three hour migraines to the three day ones.

I admit that the cyclic increase in stupidity is probably to blame for the lack of nice. Then again, I also admit that I've spent a lot less time here due to lack of interest, due to lack of substance. The over all opinion is that the lack of substance is due to ............... the current administration. To ME, most of the ridiculous cyber flirting and inane chatter that goes on, on here, is NOT substance. Meh......
