ares12 -> Bondage Training Camp (1/17/2010 7:37:13 AM)

Hi E/everyone

I am talking to a sub who claims to be at a bondage training camp in the UK. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this group that they would be willing to share they call themselves BDSM Training Camp UK they are asking for a large sum of money for this slave's release to me so I just want to be sure before I do anything.

Thanks

Ares12,

I would suspect you need to move on. Whenever money is involved it raises an eyebrow. My guess is it is a scam. Offer to fly out and meet with them. Request a visit to their facility. My gut tells me your requests will be met with silence.

Good Luck!

Aramis

Red flag one:  Why would a sub need to be trained in bondage?  The bondager, sure, but the bondagee?

Red flag two: "large sum of money".  There's a reason that collarme plasters the warning about not sending money to people you only know online.

Red flag three: The fact that there is a training facility at all.  Any sub that serves you should be trained in how YOU want her to serve.

As a Brit myself, and as someone active on the kink scene, I can assure you that this is a scam. Sure, there's lots of rope workshops and stuff going on, but I've heard this 'camp' crap sooo many times.

I'd suggest that you mention to this 'captive' that you've alerted Scotland Yard about her predicament, and see how she reacts...[:D]

here is the typical deal (this is a US scam, there were other threads here but they seem to have been sent to the bit bucket but your milage wont vary much YMWVM):

you want rope bondage lessons see Esinem this site or search the net. But don't buy slaves unless it is out of Harrods (since you are brit) here, in the US, Neiman-Marcus.

As a brit who hasn't heard of this scam I would still say it is a scam, as MOS said there are lots of rope workshops which are about but they are free (generally) and cry out for rope bunnies, what with the vast majority who attend being interested in doing the tying rather than being tied up.

Greetings Steven,

All of your points are valid, however the last one I thought I would share something with you. There are places who will train women and men for that matter in the ways of Dominance and Submission. It is really a BDSM thing. Most women who I have found to visit such places are those for whatever reason, are not interested in a relationship and enjoy going, learning and then going back to their life. There was one in New York City that operated for quite some time. I actually had a slave who came from there and they had a pretty impressive web site. I want to say they called themselves "Chess" or "Chessmen" or something along those lines, and each of their training regimens where based on a piece of the Chessboard.

If you are a ritualistic person, you probably would appreciate their layout. I don't believe they are still in existence though since I just tried to do a Search and I can't seem to find them.

I guess the point that I am trying to make is that there are such places and they do serve a purpose for those that use them. I would agree that whatever the outcome, the woman should be trained to his way and since this place has no verifiable way to get to them or learn about them, then I would still say this is probably a scam.

It's a scam and you knew it.  You were just hoping it was a real deal.  The scam preys on victims such as yourself, those who are desperate to find that illusive person they seek.  Do you really think a slave, any slave will do for you and that one slave fits all?  What if the scam was real?  What if you paid all that money for some you found incompatible?  What if you didn't even like her and couldn't stand being with her?

Look, even you know it's illegal to buy and sell people which is what the training camp says it is doing.

Well, I'll be darned.  Live and learn.  Thanks for letting us know.

SassySarijane -> RE: Bondage Training Camp (1/17/2010 11:51:49 AM)

Given what is said about it in the OP, totally a scam and not the first I've heard of it. There are some claimed to be in various parts of the US and want large sums of money to pay for a trained slave's release. It's BS.

What???? Please do not tell us you are falling for this.

goober -> RE: Bondage Training Camp (1/17/2010 12:34:42 PM)

holy crap! you honestly have to write asking the validity of this? so, you think 'releasing' a slave / selling a person is legal? if there ever was such a sale (of course there are), it would be human trafficking, and little every-day people like you wouldn't just be offered it for legal ramifications.

what is more disturbing is what type of relationship do you envision with this 'slave'? do you want a slave / submissive to be at the mercy of your every whim when you can't even see a lie through your own fantasy-ridden mind?

if so, you're in the wrong place, look for a robot.

thishereboi -> RE: Bondage Training Camp (1/17/2010 1:18:02 PM)

Do not send money to ANYONE online.

I don't care if she is hot.

I don't care if she has really big tits.

I don't care if she can suck the chrome of a tailpipe.

Do not send money to ANYONE online for ANY reason.

Is that clear enough for you?

Tell you what - rather than sending the money direct, send it to me and I'll act as broker OK? I can go and check it out and if its all legit, we (me and this slave) will contact you from Rio and let you know.

I'll give you 20% off whatever their rock-bottom price is, and I'll throw in 20 feet of rope as a starter kit.
