The links Lady Pact posted help illuminate the issues of the fantasy versus the reality. Also, Tantriqu posted useful information along the same lines. Kidney failure isn't fun. For those unaware of what this means, it means long, frequent dialysis sessions for life or, in many cases, where dialysis isn't feasible, death. As far as poop is concerned, it takes very, very little to cause yourself harm. You're essentially playing a game of roulette wherein its not a question of whether you'll get burned, but simply of when. During play once, I accidentally transferred fecal matter to myself and my partner, and we both ended up with bad infections. Some may regularly enjoy play of the ilk described in the OP and may do this (seemingly) without problem. Again, I underline the "roulette" nature of this thinking. I totally get the turn-on factor of taking everything from your partner inside you. Still, some things are not meant to be inside you. Instead of elaborating on this with my own words, I'll borrow a few from Lady Pact's links. As follows:

As is the case with many types of activities/play in BDSM, there are risks that participants learn about and accept. The risks from "human toilet" play are ones I don't need in my life. I'll be bold and go so far as to say I believe for a great many that these are unnecessary, unneeded risks. I'm not one who subscribes to the mantra "your kink is not my kink, but that's okay" with a carte blanche mentality. While I do believe tolerance and support for kinks not your own is important, I also think it's equally important for BDSM community members to put on the brakes when necessary. Eating shit isn't a form of play I endorse... for myself or for anyone.
