In response to the original q.... "Sissy" has so many different connotations. I used to equate it with guys who dressed in women's clothing, assumed exaggerated female mannerisms, and were all into themselves. Having found a wonderful couple we consider great friends, who use the term, but who doesn't fit the above definition, makes me wonder about the label. My personal opinion is that a man wearing women's clothing, does not make him less of a man. I am also not into narcissists. Man in man's clothes; woman in woman's clothes, vice versa, or naked...don't be one. Actions, attention, and attitude count highly. "Sissy" and "T-gurl" are not one in the same. The obsession with all things girlie can be tiring whether coming from a man or a woman, if it comes across as 'demand energy'.
