I find it funny how conservatives attack Hillary Clinton for using an email system created and used by Collin Po. That Mr. Powell did largely the same stuff as Hillary, yet not even a whimper of accusation is directed his way. Its because he is a Republican.

Even before Hillary announced running for the White House, conservatives were attacking here. A full years worth! In the years since Mr. Powell was in the same job description as Mrs. Clinton, not one attack for his handling of emails.

So this 'probe' is nothing more than a political attack. Just like Benghazi....

Funny that to conservatives, Mrs. Clinton is guilty. Then go around and state they fully support the US Constitution. Since it's been 'well documented' that one has to prove their innocence from guilty, right? That no evidence is all that is needed to prove guilty, right? Any.....REAL....US Citizens should be very worried when government tries to imprison someone without real evidence and assume they are guilty before a trial has started. But for conservatives....'The Ends Justify The Means'. Once a people start going down that path; tyranny isn't far behind....

The problem Ms. Hillary created was using an insecure personal computer for government business. And, in using a personal system for official business, violated several laws relating to secure government communications and laws about data retention. If she were a clerk instead of a high profile figure; she would have been fired and probably be out on bail awaiting trial.

If just one goes down, they all go down. The law is clear. I hear the more left leaning say it about OBAMACARE, why not classified information?

Even the left thinks that Hillary's e-mail should have been automatically classified in many instances. Little Known Fact. British military regulations are classifed equal to our confidential. Anythime you deal with a foreign government that information should be considered classified unless they tell you otherwise.

and in case comrade bird brain comes back and tries to play the colin powell excuse again, or put another way, those mean double standard republicans putting us on the "path to tyranny":

there was a reporter/journalist on the Kelly file last night who suggested these are likely a combination of two things, one, the emails that she's already released, but then more interestingly, the hacked emails from her in Sidney Blumenthal's account. and apparently, the government had the opportunity not long ago to acquire these but decided to pass. the theory was tossed around that that was because Hillary Clinton was at the time the presumptive (coronation) candidate and no one wanted the boat rocked. im skeptical as to the latter part here, but at the same time, I wouldn't put it past them either.

Look ahead at the spin.
It wasn't a crime, it was just an honest mistake.
The only real reason it was a mistake was that it gave the "radical right" an excuse to attack her.
Must of the media and all of the far left will eat it up and attack anyone who points out that if it was anyone but Clinton they would already be in prison.
Since she is no longer Sec of State she could go to prison just for having top secret information on her computer.
