Probably for the same reason your two haphazardly functioning brain cells can't be replaced by a single amoeba just now, however much an improvement that would be.

That is considered as an 'early project,' though. Gotta go with the simple projects first.

mnottertail are they all dumb on here? Why cant the change the rules (senate rules) for this one - the budgets approved anyway, or will be.

MusicMystery Scrotum(ballsack) = scotus - which requires the 60/100. Now see I thought a SCOTUS 60/100 was untouchable until this year...aprrently not for reason that still escape me.

Anyway his wall they told him to fuk off (it shall not pass) with his 1.5 billion - drop in the ocean and he is pissing that away on his holiday home anyway. Is this the first sign of republican sedition?
