ORIGINAL: topcat M. ST- I almost never allow a woman to cook for me- in addition to knowing few that can actually cook well, they get their feminine emissions in the food, which can sap our manly virtue<g>. I have a pretty wide range, but for a blow-their-mind meal, I 'd likely go with a few specialitys: A marinated (Soy and Wasabi) tuna steak, slow cooked rare, with lighty blanched broccoli in butter and garlic. Monkfish Francese with an Armenian rice pilaf, and green beans. Chicken Scampi over linguni, with a stir fried vegtable melody. I'd start most with a blonde on blonde onion soup, and for desert, just coffee and sweets... Stay warm, Lawrence Damned TC, I think your variety of ass kickin meals might blow mine away, but my spagetti is still to die for...lol. Must be a biker thing, maybe we learn early that if we don't want to scarf off the roadkill, we better know how to cook. I have no issues with "twice" whipping up a meal", some of her meals we just stuff ourselves with, but when you have a specialty...it's cool to flaunt it.
