I am very into glam and classic looking accessories. I adore vintage stockings and gloves. Lately, I have been getting into Women's Vintage Hats. I am currently looking for what I have been told is a 1920's to 40's English Riding hat. It looks like a small, Woman's top hat. If anyone knows of a place online or in Chicago to find such pieces or art, please message me.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for...and as much as I detest ebay.....this might help you.

If that's not what you are looking for you should be able to track down a hat maker in Chicago (check with the local theaters or colleges with theater departments, they can turn you onto people who can custom make you one)

i visited two websites for the first time yesterday that You may want to take a look at. i don't believe they're in the Chicago area, but i have had no luck finding an actual store that sells such items, so i am now willing to purchase online. They are:
