Ya know I guess I'm an old fashioned kitten, but if my partner doesnt like my sarcastic undertones before he spends a year and then collars me, then we run into problems... but usually, a Pet.. in that tone -shudders- or a be quite now kitten, or yes kitten i understand its a button subject we can pick it up later.. or a kiss usually makes me quite and doesnt give me more diaraha.... But then... im one of those rare subs that apparently listens..

Yes, I think you can guess where. Never fried anything. On sensitive parts it has a very profound effect, even at the lowest settings. Yet if you try it on your arm at those settings you barely feel it. So I always thought it safe, but there are quite a few threads on here about it, and quite a few conflicting opinions, so I don't know what to think anymore. The primary concern seems to be the electricity interrupting heart rhythm, but I had always heard anything below the waist was generally safe. On one thread this was disputed by someone who claimed to be an anesthesiologist, which is the closest I've ever seen to a medical opinion on it. If you find anything definitive, let me know.
