One of the best bits of advice I have seen for a l-o-n-g time!

I wish I had known that a few years ago when I had a spare room to rent.
Had a bit of a fling with the tennant, they moved out after a tiff.
Before I knew it I couldn't make the rent and I lost the house too!
Definitely not a good idea.

But seeing as the OP has a 1-bed apartment, I'm guessing he's advertising for a live-in partner/sub?
I don't think that's allowed on this side.

I'm incredibly curious about whether this guy is actually going to get some beautiful woman to pay him to fuck her. I have a hard time adding "1 bedroom apartment" with "attractive roommate" and coming up with any other way to look at it. Thoughts? Does this actually happen? (I mean more than the 1 in a zillion long shot).
